A little bit about me…

Born in Melbourne to a Danish father and Indigenous Australian Mother, I grew up travelling between Eltham, Victoria and Copenhagen, Denmark.

I live on the Surf Coast of Victoria, Australia. When I am not taking photos, you’ll find me in the ocean, walking along cliffs or climbing mountains; writing, acting, playing violin, or making cups of cacao for my closest. I graduated from 16th Street Actor’s Studio in 2018.

My photography education has been through learning from my Dad, my Sister, many years of trial and error, and perhaps most importantly my Bedstemor (Grandmother), who passed on her knowledge and passion for black and white film portraiture to me.

Photography is a huge part of my life. It’s the thing that has always been there, without me even noticing. From my Grandmother’s photos on our walls, my Dad’s Minolta capturing my childhood, and now years behind the camera myself, capturing my friends and family in their most important moments - all of this has lead me here. Offering my craft to those that connect with it.

I am so grateful for those that trust me to photograph them - in the special life milestones, and in the mundane.
